My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The location was absolutely amazing, right on the beach. The house itself was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub and beach hut were an added bonus, and our kids loved them. Despite the less-than-ideal weather, we still managed to enjoy our time there. I highly recommend this beach house for a great family vacation.

The location is unbeatable, right next to the beach, and there is easy parking available. Guests can enjoy the hot tub and even a beach hut. Additionally, the house is conveniently located within walking distance of Pevensey Castle and a coastal walk to Eastbourne.

Some neighbors complained about noise from our group, which made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay.

We had a wonderful family reunion at Beautiful 4 Bed Beach House. The house was beautifully furnished and provided a perfect oasis for our group. Jonny, the host, was incredibly helpful and even installed child stair gates for our arrival. We loved the beachfront location and enjoyed BBQs on the beach and relaxing in the hot tubs. The house had everything we needed, and the little extras like a welcome bottle of prosecco and chocolates were a nice touch. We highly recommend this house to others.

That the neighbors, who were elderly, complained about us being noisy. We did pre-warn them as we were a group of 7 adults and we were watching an important sporting event.
